The Minataur

Legend. –

            The Minataur , part human, part bull, lived in the Labyrinth on an island in Greek mythological times guarding the Golden Fleece.

Jason with the Argonauts sailed to the island and captured the Golden Fleece. ( see my series of paintings about both Jason and Ulysses )

Practical details –

            Bronze. One of a series of six castings.
